Tour Itinerary
Day 1 : Marmaris
When all customers have arrived onboard our ground staff will give you a brief introduction to your gulet cruise sailing and route and answer any questions that you may have, the first night is spent in Marmaris harbour giving you the chance to get acquainted with this friendly little town and participate in its night life. After breakfast the next morning and completing all the port formalities we set sail
Day 2 : Kadirga Cove/Assos
After breakfast we set sail leaving the port of Marmaris, we head for Kadirga Cove/Assos a small village with exclusive hotels and a number of sea food restaurants we have lunch onboard, relax and have a swimming break. In the afternoon we head for ancient “Serce Harbour” where we spend the night at anchor.
Day 3 : Bozburun/Sogut
In the morning we set sail towards Bozburun/Sogut (based in the Datca Peninsula, Bozburun is a peaceful little harbour village with souvenir shops by the water edge, Sogut is a small town in the humid river valley of Bilecik Province) across the deep blue waters of the Aegean, during this part of the journey you can take an active part in hoisting the sails and steering the gulet. The last stop of our third day is at Kizil Island. Here amongst the old ruins and remains, we enjoy the wonders of a beautiful Aegean sunset.
Day 4 : Selimiye Cove
Straight after breakfast we set sail for Selimiye Cove set in Hisaronu Bay. We have lunch in this pretty cove and passengers can disembark the boat to walk up the hills and see the awesome waterfalls. After lunch we sail deeper into Hisaronu bay and on to Orhaniye a truly unspoilt region of Turkey
Day 5 : Bencik Bay
After spending the night in this tranquil and beautiful cove, we enter Bencik (Bencik Bay located at the southern side of the isthmus of Resadiye Peninsula) after a short walk up the hill, you can see take in the magnificent views of the gulf Gokova and Hisaronu bay. Following a swim and lunch break, we set sail for Datca harbour, the boat will stay in port this evening and you can go ashore to sample and enjoy some of the local nightlife.
Day 6 : Loryma
Leaving the quaint harbour town of Datca, we arrive at the antique city of Loryma (Loryma is small fortified town and harbour on the coast of Caria, formerly in the Ottoman province) there is surfing, swimming and diving possible from Bozukkale- cove.
Day 7 : Bozukkale/Ciftlik
Day seven and we head for Arap Island or Arab Island, a small island on the Turkish coast between the bays of Bozukkale and Ciftlik and not far from Rhodes. These Islands are only visited by fishing boats and sometimes sailing vessels; in ancient times it was known to be an Arab pirate hideout! Here we stop for lunch and a swim and later on set sail for the final leg of our journey back to Marmaris.
Day 8 : Marmaris Harbour
After another great Turkish breakfast its time to disembark say our farewells and look forward to welcoming you back onboard in the near future for another of our great gulet cruises.Highlights of Cruise: Bozukkale-ancient Loryma with ruins of a Hellenistic fortress ashore.Serce Limani once the resting place of the Glass Wreck the artifacts from which are now on display at Bodrums Museum of water Archaeology.
